Video Combustion * Alpha Release was an event held by Tesseract Research Laboratories and friends of vidi-yo, to experiment with electronic media performance and spaces. The choreographed audiovisual collage featured Sydney's leading video artists and audiovisual acts performing live in an immersive multi-screen matrix, held on 22nd June 2002 at the Performance Space, Sydney. It involved more than 50 people working together to create an immersive environment and live audiovisual performance. Thank you to everyone who was involved or who attended.
